Leucoraja circularis (Cuckoo Ray) is a species of Rajiformes in the family skates. They are listed as endangered by IUCN. They are carnivores. Individuals can grow to 120 cm. Reproduction is iteroparous and oviparous. They rely on pectoral fin swimming to move around.
