Nemichthys scolopaceus (Atlantic Snipe Eel) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family snipe eels. Individuals can grow to 130 cm. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is oviparous and semelparous. They rely on anguilliform to move around.
