Acanthostracion quadricornis (Cowfish) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family boxfishes. Individuals can grow to 55 cm. They have sexual reproduction. They rely on anal and dorsal fin swimming, ostraciiform, and median/paired fin propulsion to move around.
