Leuciscus idus (Ide, Orfe) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family Leuciscidae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Croatia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Denmark, Lithuania, Mongolia, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, China, Romania, Russia, Serbia And Montenegro, Moldova, Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Germany, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, Norway, Sweden, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Finland. Individuals can grow to 85 cm. They have sexual reproduction.
