Armoured Sea Catfish

Head wider than deep; snout pointed; palatine teeth granular (Ref. 43281).

Male carries the eggs in his mouth until hatching.

Occurs in medium to large-sized rivers (Ref. 12975). Feeds mainly on invertebrates and small fishes (Ref. 12693).
