Dicathais orbita is a species of snails in the family murex snails. They are native to New Zealand Exclusive Economic Zone and Australian Exclusive Economic Zone. Dead Dicathais orbita form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 57.8 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
