Samolus valerandi (Seaside Brookweed) is a species of perennial herb in the family Primulaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Rio Grande Do Sul, Puerto Rico, Mata Atlântica, Canada, Santa Catarina, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.2 m.
