Mammilla simiae is a species of snails in the family moon snails. They are native to Andaman And Nicobar Islands Exclusive Economic Zone. Dead Mammilla simiae form shallow marine sediments. They are surficial modifiers. Individuals can grow to 22.9 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are burrowers.
