Campanula americana (American Bellflower) is a species of annual herb in the family bellflowers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves, blue flowers, and loculicidal capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Rusty patched bumble bee, Lemon Cuckoo Bumblebee, Xylota angustiventris, and Sepsis violacea. Individuals can grow to 2 m.
