Metasepia pfefferi (Flamboyant Cuttlefish) is a species of cephalopods in the family cuttlefishes. They are native to Australia, Pacific Ocean, and Asia. Dead Flamboyant Cuttlefish form shallow marine sediments. They are diurnal carnivores. Individuals can grow to 8 cm. They have parental care (female provides care).
