Hexasepalum apiculatum (Madder) is a species of shrub in the family Rubiaceae. They have a procumbent growth form. They are native to Amazônia, Caatinga, Cerrado, U.S. Virgin Islands, Pampa, and Puerto Rico. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.11 m.
