Epilobium angustifolium angustifolium (Narrow Leaf Fireweed) is a subspecies of perennial herb in the family Onagraceae. They are native to Canada, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Western North America, The Contiguous United States, Greenland, Borneo, Alaska, North America, and United States. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by essex skipper, Yellow-banded Bumblebee, Mason Bees, and Wild Indigo Duskywing. Individuals can grow to 16 m.
