Architectonica gualtierii is a species of snails in the family Architectonicidae. They are native to Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone and Natal. Dead Architectonica gualtierii form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 37.2 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
