Helicteres sacarolha is a species of woody plants in the family mallows. They are native to Tocantins, Pantanal, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Maranhao, Rio De Janeiro, Mato Grosso, Distrito Federal, Piauí, Cerrado, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Espirito Santo, Mata Atlântica, GoiáS, and SãO Paulo. They have loculicidal capsule fruit.
