Combretum leprosum is a species of tree in the family Combretaceae. They are climbers. They are native to Ceará, ParaíBa, Tocantins, Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands), Cerrado, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Piauí, Caatinga, Espirito Santo, GoiáS, Rio Grande Do Norte, Pará, Bahia, Amazônia, Pernambuco, Mata Atlântica, and Maranhao. They have simple, broad leaves and achenes.
