Pyrostegia venusta is a species of plants in the family bignonias. They are climbers. They are native to Roraima, Rio Grande Do Sul, Maranhao, Santa Catarina, Alagoas, Distrito Federal, Espirito Santo, Paraná, Mata Atlântica, Ceará, Cerrado, GoiáS, Amazônia, Rio Grande Do Norte, Tocantins, Piauí, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Pantanal, Mato Grosso, Amapá, Pampa, Rio De Janeiro, Pará, Caatinga, RondôNia, SãO Paulo, Pernambuco, Acre (Brazil), ParaíBa, Sergipe, South America, Minas Gerais, and Bahia. They have broad leaves and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Anopetia gounellei, Phaethornis eurynome, Leucochloris albicollis, and Eupetomena macroura.
