Cladium mariscus (Fen Sedge) is a species of perennial grass in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Mato Grosso Do Sul, North America, Eastern North America, Puerto Rico, The Hawaiian Islands, Rio Grande Do Sul, Mata Atlântica, SãO Paulo, The Contiguous United States, Florida, Bahia, Hawaii, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio De Janeiro. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 1.6 m.
