Polygala vulgaris (Common Milkwort) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polygalaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves, magenta flowers, and samaras. Flowers are visited by Osmia bicolor, Early bumblebee, Euphydryas aurinia, and Red tailed bumblebee. Individuals can grow to 0.12 m.
