Lithospermum ruderale (Western Stoneseed) is a species of perennial herb in the family Boraginaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Eucera virgata, Anthophora ursina, Anthophora pacifica, and Melecta pacifica fulvida. Individuals can grow to 0.46 m.
