Phlebodium aureum (Golden Polypody) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polypodiaceae. They are native to ParaíBa, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, U.S. Virgin Islands, Rio Grande Do Sul, Distrito Federal, Mata Atlântica, The Contiguous United States, Espirito Santo, Amazônia, Roraima, Paraná, Bahia, Pernambuco, GoiáS, Pará, Tocantins, Santa Catarina, Ceará, Puerto Rico, Cerrado, Alagoas, SãO Paulo, Maranhao, Mato Grosso Do Sul, and Rio De Janeiro. They have alternation of generations.
