Dennstaedtia globulifera (Southern Hayscented Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Dennstaedtiaceae. They are native to Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Santa Catarina, Ceará, SãO Paulo, Pantanal, Rio De Janeiro, Paraná, Puerto Rico, Bahia, Rio Grande Do Sul, The Contiguous United States, Pernambuco, and Mata Atlântica. They have bipinnate leaves. They have alternation of generations.
