Haliotis unilateralis is a species of snails in the family abalones. They are native to Mascarene Islands, Tanzania, Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone, Kenyan Exclusive Economic Zone, Madagascan Exclusive Economic Zone, and Natal. They are herbivores. Individuals can grow to 38 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
