Spiraea japonica (Japanese Meadowsweet) is a species of shrub in the family Rosaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to China. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Japanese Beetle, Brown-belted Bumblebee, Confusing Bumblebee, and Anechura japonica. Individuals can grow to 1.2 m.
