Glycyrrhiza lepidota (American Licorice) is a species of perennial herb in the family legumes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and United States. They have compound, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Osmia longula, Gray Hairstreak, and Arrowhead Blue. Individuals can grow to 4 feet.
