Tabanus lineola (Striped Horse Fly) is a species of flies in the family Tabanidae. They visit flowers of button eryngo, partridge pea, Eryngium pendletonensis, and spotted water hemlock. They are diurnal herbivores. Individuals can grow to 15 mm. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on flight to move around.
