Nilssonia gangetica (Ganges Soft Shelled Turtle) is a species of turtles in the family softshell turtles. They are listed as endangered by IUCN and in cites appendix i. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are found in the indo-malayan realm. They are diurnal carnivores. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is oviparous.
