Perognathus flavus (Silky Pocket Mouse) is a species of rodents in the family Heteromyidae. They are native to The Nearctic. They are solitary, nocturnal omnivores. Individuals are known to live for 60 months and can grow to 59.6 mm. They rely on saltation to move around.
