TYPES.—Holotype, allotype, and morphotype, USNM 148901, 148902, and 148903; paratypes, USNM.

TYPE LOCALITY.—Small cypress pond at Oak Grove, Escambia County, FLorida.

RANGE.—Known only from the type locality.

HABITAT.—Cypress pond.
