Type locality: Mexico. Restricted to Cuernavaca, Morelos by SMITH & TAYLOR 1950. anonymorphus: Pacific slopes in E Guerrero, Oaxaca, and W Chiapas.
Type locality: Tehuantepec, Oaxaca. nelsoni: Oaxaca.
Type locality: Cuicatlán, Oaxaca. tuberculatus: Mexico (S Sonora southward to Jalisco, Sinaloa, Colima, Nayarit);
Type locality: Colima, Colima, Mexico. unicus: Chihuahua.
Type locality: Chihuahua.
