Agapanthus praecox (African Lily) is a species of perennial herb in the family Amaryllidaceae. They are native to South Africa. Flowers are visited by Papilio multicaudata multicaudata, Buff-tailed bumblebee, Western Tiger Swallowtail, and Palamedes Swallowtail.
