Habenaria secunda is a species of herb in the family orchids. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Rio Grande Do Sul, Rio De Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Espirito Santo, Cerrado, Distrito Federal, Santa Catarina, Mata Atlântica, and SãO Paulo.
