Rhipidoglossum xanthopollinium (Rchb. fil.) Schltr.

Epiphytic herb with long, sometimes branched stems. Leaves concentrated near the ends of stem and branches, thick and fleshy. Inflorescences 1-many pendent spikes, arising below the leaves. Flowers translucent cream to straw-yellow, sweetly scented at night. Petals almost circular; lateral sepals spreading elliptic; lip broad and curving downwards; spur 5-7 mm slightly swollen in the middle.
