Sarcaulus brasiliensis is a species of tree in the family Sapotaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Amazônia, Bahia, South America, Acre (Brazil), Rio Grande Do Norte, Amapá, Pernambuco, Pará, Rio De Janeiro, Mata Atlântica, and Espirito Santo. They have simple, broad leaves and berries. Individuals can grow to 30 m.
