Hypostomus pusarum^[2] is a species of catfish in the family Loricariidae. It is native to South America, where it occurs in the coastal drainages of northern Brazil, including the state of Ceará.^[3] The species reaches 20.3 cm (8 inches) in total length and is believed to be a facultative air-breather.^[4]

Hypostomus pusarum is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van de harnasmeervallen (Loricariidae).^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1913 door Starks.

神女下口鯰，為輻鰭魚綱鯰形目甲鯰科的其中一種，為熱帶淡水魚，分布於南美洲巴西北部沿岸淡水流域，體長可達20.3公分，棲息在底層水域，生活習性不明。
