Speyeria cybele (Great Spangled Fritillary) is a species of butterflies in the family brush-footed butterflies. They are native to The Nearctic. They visit flowers of common milkweed, field thistle, Spear Thistle, and wavyleaf purple coneflower. They are diurnal herbivores. Individuals can grow to 65 mm. They rely on flight to move around.
