Plants ca. 25 cm tall, succulent, glabrous. Stem erect, robust, naked basally, laxly branched; branches and branchlets succulent. Leaves alternate, subsessile or very shortly petiolate; leaf blade pale white abaxially, dark green adaxially, linear-oblong or lanceolate, 5-8 cm, lateral veins 7 or 8 pairs, base attenuate into petiole, margin serrulate, teeth mucronulate, apex acuminate. Inflorescences in upper leaf axils, 2-flowered; peduncles 2-3 cm. Pedicels 0.5-1 cm, bracteate at or near base; bracts ovate or ovate-lanceolate, small. Flowers ca. 2 cm wide. Lateral sepals 2, orbicular, 7-9 mm in diam., base inequilateral, apex obtuse, mucronulate, abaxial midvein thickened below middle. Lower sepal shortly funnelform or deeply navicular, gradually narrowed into an incurved spur; spur ca. 2.5 cm, slender; mouth vertical, ca. 1.3 cm, tip acuminate. Upper petal orbicular, 1.2-1.4 cm in diam., apex obtuse, abaxial midvein thickened; lateral united petals ± clawed, ca. 2.2 cm, 2-lobed; basal lobes tetragonous, apex retuse; distal lobes dolabriform, longer, apex obtuse; auricle rounded. Filaments ca. 5 mm, slender; anthers small, apex obtuse. Ovary linear. Capsule not seen. Fl. Aug-Sep.
