Peritrich ciliates, 40 microns long. There are 3 whorls to the peristomial disc and the nucleus winds around the pharynx. The food vacuoles are typically lemon-shaped. The base of the body is finley striated but the rest of the pellicle is smooth. The stalk resembles a hypha and there may be up to 17 individuals in the colony.
