Murina chrysochaetes és una espècie de ratpenat de la família dels vespertiliònids. És endèmic del sud de la Xina.
És un ratpenat de petites dimensions, amb la llargada de l'avantbraç entre 27 i 29,8 mm i un pes de fins a 4,4 g.[1]
El pelatge és llarg.
S'alimenta d'insectes.
Aquesta espècie és coneguda només a la província de Guangxi.
Com que fou descoberta fa poc, l'estat de conservació d'aquesta espècie encara no ha estat avaluat.

Murina chrysochaetes (Eger & Lim, 2011) è un pipistrello della famiglia dei Vespertilionidi endemico della Cina meridionale.
Pipistrello di piccole dimensioni, con la lunghezza totale di 68 mm, la lunghezza dell'avambraccio tra 27 e 29,8 mm, la lunghezza della coda tra 26 e 28 mm, la lunghezza del piede tra 5,6 e 7 mm, la lunghezza delle orecchie tra 11 e 12,6 mm e un peso fino a 4,4 g.[1][2]
La pelliccia è lunga e si estende sulle ali fino all'altezza dei gomiti e delle ginocchia. Il colore generale del corpo è dorato, con la base dei peli nerastra e con dei peli bianchi sulla gola. Il muso ha una maschera nera intorno alla bocca, le guance, il mento e gli occhi ed è stretto, allungato, con le narici protuberanti e tubulari. Gli occhi sono molto piccoli. Le orecchie sono rotonde e ben separate tra loro. Il trago è stretto ed appuntito. Le ali sono attaccate posteriormente alla base dell'artiglio dell'alluce. I piedi sono piccoli e ricoperti di peli. La coda è lunga ed inclusa completamente nell'ampio uropatagio, il quale è densamente ricoperto di peli dello stesso colore del dorso sulla superficie dorsale mentre in quella ventrale sono presenti delle file di puntini biancastri da ognuno dei quali fuoriesce una piccola setola biancastra. Sul suo margine libero è inoltre presente una frangiatura di peli. Il calcar è lungo.
Si nutre di insetti.
Questa specie è conosciuta soltanto attraverso un individuo maschio adulto catturato nel 2004 nella provincia cinese meridionale del Guangxi ed ora depositato con numero di catalogo ROM M116181 presso il Royal Ontario Museum di Toronto, Canada e da due individui catturati nel Vietnam settentrionale.
Vive nelle foreste foreste secondarie sempreverdi tra 1.000 e 2.000 metri di altitudine.
Questa specie, essendo stata scoperta solo recentemente, non è stata sottoposta ancora a nessun criterio di conservazione.

Шерсть довга і тягнеться на крилах до висоти ліктів і колін. Загальне забарвлення тіла золотисте, з білими волосками на горлі. Морда має чорну маску навколо рота, щік, підборіддя й очей, вона вузька, витягнута, з виступаючими ніздрями. Очі дуже малі. Вуха круглі й добре відокремлені один від одного. Козелка вузькі й загострені. Крила прикріплені до задньої частини основи великого пальця. Ступні маленькі й покриті волосками. Хвіст довгий і включений повністю в широку хвостову мембрану, яка щільно покрита волоссям того ж кольору що на спині на дорсальній поверхні й рядами білих крапок, з кожної стирчить білувата щетина, на черевній поверхні. Калькар довгий.
Цей вид відомий тільки з одного дорослого самця захопленого в 2004 році в південній китайській провінції Гуансі
Харчується комахами.

곤충을 먹는다.
2004년 중국 남부 지역의 광시 좡족 자치구에서 포획된 수컷 성체 한 마리만이 알려져 있고, 현재 캐나다 토론토의 로열 온타리오 박물관 ROM에 카탈로그 번호 M116181로 저장되어 있으며, 베트남 북부에서 두 마리가 포획되었다. 해발 고도 1,000m와 2,000m 사이의 상록수 이차림에서 서식한다.
최근에 발견되어 아직 보전 등급이 없다.
