Holothuria (Metriatyla) albiventer is a species of sea cucumber in the genus Holothuria, subspecies Metriatyla. First described by Semper in 1868, the species is distributed in the Western Indian Ocean and the Red Sea.[1] The species is found at a depth of 0-36 meters.[1][2]

Also distributed around Philippines (Pearson, 1910; Maldive area, East Indies, north Australia, Philippine and South Pacific Is. (Clark & Rowe, 1971); Australia (Rowe & Gates, 1995). Ecology: benthic, inshore, detritus feeder, deposit feeder. General distribution: tropical, Indo-west Pacific Ocean, depth range 0-36 m. (Rowe & Gates, 1995).
