Hapalemur aureus (Golden Bamboo Lemur) is a species of primates in the family true lemurs. They are listed as critically endangered by IUCN and in cites appendix i. They are native to Ethiopia. They are crepuscular herbivores. Individuals can grow to 305.08 mm. They have parental care (female provides care).
