Taphozous perforatus (African Taphozous) is a species of bats in the family Emballonuridae. They are found in Afrotropics, the palearctic, and the indo-malayan realm. They are nocturnal. Individuals can grow to 72.48999999999999 mm. They rely on flight to move around.
