Its natural habitats are moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, rivers, freshwater marshes, pastureland, rural gardens, urban areas, and ponds. It is threatened by habitat loss. Its color is a golden orange.
