TYPES.—Holotype, allotype, and morphotype, USNM 93652, 93653, 93654 ( I, , II); paratypes, USNM, AMNH, ANSP, MCZ, CM, TU.
TYPES-LOCALITY.—Attoyac Bayou, 5.6 miles southwest of Timpson on U.S. Highway 59, Shelby County, Texas.
RANGE.—Drainage systems of the Trinity, Red, Neches, Sabine, and Calcasieu rivers in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
HABITAT.—Streams.

TYPE LOCALITY.—Attoyac Bayou, 5.6 miles (8.9 km) southwest of Timpson on U.S. Highway 59, Shelby County, Texas.
RANGE.—Drainage systems of the Trinity, Red, Neches, Sabine, and Calcasieu rivers in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
