Promicromonospora xylanilytica is a Gram-positive, non-spore-forming and xylan-degrading bacterium from the genus Promicromonospora which has been isolated from the leaves of the plant Maytenus austroyunnanensis in Xishuangbanna, China.[1][2][4]
