Habenaria araneiflora is a species of herb in the family orchids. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Cerrado, Paraná, Distrito Federal, Santa Catarina, Mata Atlântica, GoiáS, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande Do Sul, SãO Paulo, and Espirito Santo.
