Hymenaea courbaril (Stinkingtoe) is a species of tree in the family legumes. They are native to Mata Atlântica, RondôNia, Distrito Federal, Cerrado, Paraná, GoiáS, Maranhao, Tocantins, Amazônia, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Espirito Santo, Bahia, Pantanal, ParaíBa, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Ceará, Sergipe, Caatinga, Amapá, Roraima, Pernambuco, U.S. Virgin Islands, Rio De Janeiro, Acre (Brazil), Rio Grande Do Norte, Pará, SãO Paulo, Piauí, Puerto Rico, and Alagoas. They have white flowers. Flowers are visited by Greater Spear-nosed Bat. Individuals can grow to 65 feet.
