Thalamophyllia riisei (Duchassaing & Michelotti 1864)

Thalamophyllia riisei (Baroque Cave Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family caryophylliid corals. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Baroque Cave Coral form shallow marine sediments. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
