Madrepora porcellana (Moseley 1880)

Madrepora porcellana is a species of cnidarians in the family Starry Globe Madrepore. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Madrepora porcellana form shallow marine sediments. They have alternation of generations, asexual reproduction, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
