Astrangia haimei Verrill 1866

Astrangia haimei is a species of cnidarians in the family Rhizangiidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Astrangia haimei form shallow marine sediments. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
