Montipora cocosensis Vaughan 1918

Montipora cocosensis is a species of cnidarians in the family staghorn corals. They are listed as vulnerable by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead Montipora cocosensis form shallow marine sediments. Montipora cocosensis form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
